Policy#1

If the prices of airfare increase extempore or as the result of issues in the server or the payment gateway, Look4Fares.com shall annul the flight ticket as well as forfeit the fee for cancelation. The amount of difference in flight ticket prices shall be payable to legit company’s bank account after issues are brought to the notice of customer service.

While making a check in or confirmation of flight ticket booking, the infant should have association with adult of age exceeding 18 years.

In the event where customer/user/visitor is booking the ticket for an infant with age no exceeding 2 years, then the proof of age should be provided. If the infant is above 2 years, a separate ticket shall be issued.

Policy#5

The validity of flight ticket booking is sustained only after payment is made in full before the confirmation of the ticket.

After customer/user/visitor has booked the flight ticket on the website’s interface, a conformation is subsequently sent to them via email with a ticket number imprinted on it. The contract between the customer and the respective vendor/supplier/airline.

• • There are also exceptions over and above the service/administration fee.

In accordance with the protocols of the airlines, bookings made from Look4Fares are addressed to supernumerary charges by the airlines. The charges and the amendment fee is likely to vary from one airline to another, and such variation is based on flight booking class, and the type of airline. The changes are required to be initiated at least 72 hours before the flight departure. The customer/user should refer to the Customer Support for precision of the information and the correctness.

Most airline bookings are nonrefundable, however, in case of the service provider allowing a cancellation then a credit will be applied for a future booking for the passenger on the same airline. The airline has its own credit policy in place and the ticket cannot be used after its expiry. The customer is required to contact the customer service dept. to discuss cancellation and discover the limitations. In case of cancellation after the flight or if the customer missed their flight, we cannot assure a refund. If the customer wishes to rebook their canceled ticket, they can do so using the airline credit and only paying the difference in the fare. These policies are set by the carrier and we have no control or management over them.

After 24 hours of booking a flight, or holiday package – the customer is no longer allowed to cancel. If the customer reaches out within the 24 hours after booking, a cancellation is possible. All cancellation requests MUST be submitted through email, to keep as proof of cancelation and a cancelation charge will be applied.

The refunds for the flight tickets can only become applicable only under the following situations:

• • The user/customer/ticket booker has applied for flight cancelation according to the company rules;
• • The user/customer/ticket booker shall not have the refunds if they do not miss the flight or any event or s/he does not show up;
• • The user/customer/ticket booker shall receive the waivers from the respective service providers for processing the ticket cancelation and refunds.

Look4Fares takes no responsibility for the timelines of ticket refunds. The user/customer, after s/he has raised a formal request, shall receive the written confirmation from Look4Fares along with the Refund Number. This does not tantamount the user/customer shall be considered for the flight ticket refunds. Upon receiving the request for refunds, our ground staff shall forward the request to respective service provider (Air Carrier etc.) to get a waiver (if possible) and confirm it to the respective user/customer.

In the scenario where the ticket is refunded by the Service Provider, it would take few working days for the money to settle and get reflected on the credit card statement. Service Provider shall ask for Cancelation Fee before initiating the refund. The whole process of refund shall undertake 60 to 90 working days from the date the user/customer shall submit the request for the refunds.

Besides the cancelation Fee of the Service Provider, Look4 Fares will also charge its own cancelation fee.

Nota Bene: The service/administration fee is applicable only in the situation where the refund is processed and applicable for the approval by the respective service provider. Look4Fares shall also refund the post ticketing fee as applied by the service provider. The original service/administration fee is not refundable.

• • The request for cancelation of flight ticket booking is applicable according to the guidelines of flight ticket booking;
• • The request by user/customer/ticket booker for the flight ticket booking will not be valid for air ticket cancelations;
• • On the acceptance of the request for ticket cancelation, 21 business days are required for the processing of the request.

• • Credit cards/ debit cards are acceptable from the countries such as US, Canada and the UK.
• • The flight ticket prices shall appear in the US and the UK currencies.
• • Flight ticket prices becomes acceptable in two separate processes and comprises Airline Base Fare and the Taxes incurred.
• • If the payments are not approved due to the security reasons then there shall be no business transaction and payments shall not be made.
• • After the payments are made, a booking gets confirmed and flight ticket shall be purchased automatically. If no flight tickets are purchased, then the users/travelers and/or will be provided information within 24 hours.
• • After the payments are received and the flight ticket booking gets confirmed the passenger/user has purchased the ticket. In the situation where the payments are not received, passenger/user shall get the notification within the timeframe of 24 hours.
• • Out of the sheer security reasons (due to the credit card issues) the payments are not transacted, no flight ticket booking is confirmed.
